SHIPPING POLICY

We use Royal Mail for both domestic shipping within in the United Kingdom and International shipping. 

Delivery time might vary according to the final destination.

If you wish to receive an item sooner than the standard delivery time, please contact us directly and we can discuss express shipping options. ​

Buyers are responsible for any customs and duties taxes in their respective country.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your purchased items, but if you wish to return your purchase please contact us at hello@milkandhoneybrand.com. ​

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.​

To be eligible for a return please make sure: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • The Item was not purchased with sale price.

If all of these conditions are met, please use the following instructions when requesting return product:

Please explain the reason for which you wish to return the item and reference your order number.

If you are claiming for a faulty item, please include photos supporting your claim.

We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.

​Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.​

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@milkandhoneybrand.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
